The service manager I was assigned to (Mohamed) was unprofessional. He does not answer calls or return voicemails. I ended up receiving a phone call from the manager (right before closing time) who was apologetic and said that he would handle the situation and that my car has been ready for pickup. They charged me $140 after the "check engine" light came on, telling me that the charge would apply to my repair bill. Then they refused to apply it.
