The service manager I was assigned to (Mohamed) was unprofessional. He does not answer calls or return voicemails. I dropped my car off for service at the assigned time and did not receive a phone ca unprofessional. He does not answer calls or return voicemails. I called the manager and left a voicemail and called again where I was transferred to Mohamed's direct line which he did not answer. I ended up receiving a phone call from the manager (right before closing time) who was apologetic and said that he would handle the situation and that my car has been ready for pickup.
