Have tried two days in a row to reach the Service department. All three phone calls resulted in a recording saying "we cannot take your call right now and please leave a message". I had one issue I wanted checked and the service dept. squeezed me in, though they were fully booked for 3 days out. My only issue - the number of salespeople hanging out by the door, ready to pounce every time I entered the showroom. They thought they were slick - I didn't appreciate their rather unprofessional approach. A little maturity would go a long way. So stick with an experienced salesperson - and since Eric has sold me 3 vehicles, I highly recommend you seek him out. More
