It would have to be a very good deal to do buisness with again. Offered 90 day warranty but didn’t lay out details so when things went wrong they refused to help. Another example of business using technology negligently with the result customers have a bad taste even if, as here, the product (actual service) is fine. One also wonders if Jack Taylor can”r handle text alerts, can they be relied upon to handle the computers under the hood? I believe the guys in the service bay do a good job and are poorly represented on the promotion side. Fix it. More
