My experience with everyone at Pinebelt in Lakewood was amazing. From the first time I called to inquire, Alana was professional and accommodating and assured me that I would be in good hands. I certainly amazing. From the first time I called to inquire, Alana was professional and accommodating and assured me that I would be in good hands. I certainly was with my salesman Jim who was amazing and didn't rush or pressure me. I left with a completely different vehicle than I went in there expecting to get and couldn't be happier. I appreciated everyone's friendliness and professionalism throughout the day. From the moment I was created and through the entire sales process including finance and insurance. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
