Jim is a 30 year veteran of the auto industry and joined the Imperial family of businesses in 2000 as a salesperson in our Chevrolet store. He has vast experience in all types of vehicle sales with a particularly deep knowledge of truck sales and upfitting for business use. A lifelong local guy, Jim was born in Milford, raised in Grafton, and now calls Millbury home along with longtime girlfriend Nancy and their two dogs, Oliver and Fenway. In his spare time Jim enjoys spending time with the family and is an avid fisherman.

Sales / Finance Experience Salesman Jim Burke was very professional. I told him what I wanted for a monthly and he was able to explained the options between buying and leasing Salesman Jim Burke was very professional. I told him what I wanted for a monthly and he was able to explained the options between buying and leasing and what might be a better option for my situation. I went in to speak with Kim in the finance department and she was extremely helpful and efficient in getting me financed. As I ended up buying a used vehicle, she offered and explained 3 different extended warranty options and what each of them covered. The entire process took about an hour. I would recommend Imperial to other buyers. More

Thank you James Burke! We walked around the parking lot looking at jeep Cherokees. We saw a red one and knew that was what we were looking for.
