Jim is a 30 year veteran of the auto industry and joined the Imperial family of businesses in 2000 as a salesperson in our Chevrolet store. He has vast experience in all types of vehicle sales with a particularly deep knowledge of truck sales and upfitting for business use. A lifelong local guy, Jim was born in Milford, raised in Grafton, and now calls Millbury home along with longtime girlfriend Nancy and their two dogs, Oliver and Fenway. In his spare time Jim enjoys spending time with the family and is an avid fisherman.

Jim Burke approached us and was very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. He was able to answer our questions and if he didn't know immediately he took the time to find the answer for us. Great service, good people to work with. I am new to the lease car game, but recently took on that responsibility with a new job. When it came time to lease a new car for one of our employees I am new to the lease car game, but recently took on that responsibility with a new job. When it came time to lease a new car for one of our employees, Jim was right there to assist and make the entire process smoother. I was especially impressed when he drove to our location to get the check and documents signed and again came and delivered the car! More

Read all the way through On behalf of my mother, Phyllis, who recently leased a 2019 Jeep Compass, she would like to thank Jim Burke for his service. She felt that Jim was a On behalf of my mother, Phyllis, who recently leased a 2019 Jeep Compass, she would like to thank Jim Burke for his service. She felt that Jim was attentive to her needs, courteous and did not pressure her at all. Additionally, Jim ensured that she felt comfortable, listened to what she needed and took his time to meet her needs. Overall the experience was great, with Jim. However, before Jim arrived to assist her and me we stood around for nearly 15 minutes outside and another 15 minutes inside while countless "salespeople" walked passed us with NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT to us at all. Now, to be clear, this was a Monday morning at 930a and there were NO other customers in sight. I would say that there were at least 8-10 sales people who walked by us both outside and inside and never said a word to us, until Jim arrived. Also, whoever stands behind the "counter" never even acknowledged us. If it were not for Jim Burke I would have to say it would be a standard Imperial experience where the customer doesn't matter. This is now the third time in recent memory that I have been extremely dissatisfied with Imperial and the ignorance of the majority of its employees. What is going on at Imperial, do you not need to sell cars anymore?? I was planning on shopping for a new car in the near future and I am now reconsidering if I will shop at Imperial simply because of the overall horrible service. AGAIN, let me be clear JIM BURKE was exceptional and redeemed the entire Imperial Chrysler employee base by his positive and engaging presence to ensure my mother received good service. More
