Vw of cary has always been excellent in customer service and satisfying a customer, I appreciate this dealership I trust them over any in the area,but with their expertise, I was disappointed with my last and satisfying a customer, I appreciate this dealership I trust them over any in the area,but with their expertise, I was disappointed with my last purchase, it meets my needs in comfort and size it's lacking in options that were listed as standard in this vehicle such as blind spot and I also found I don't have heated mirrors, so on cold mornings I can't see at all ,not safe in rush hour traffic. Hopefully in the near future if I decide this vehicle isn't right for me, I will get a great deal on a new purchase. More

Jim C (Sales Manager) never promised anything he could not deliver and was extremely helpful and honest. On the day this long awaited vehicle arrived, the entire team made sure it could be delivered as quickly as possible. Jonathan went out out of his way to prioritize the delivery and get the paper work done, all the while dealing with short staffing and a wave of customers.
