The service was good, but was told that a loaner is only available for customers who buy the car there? That part was disappointing based on how much you pay for regular maintenance. It will probably force available for customers who buy the car there? That part was disappointing based on how much you pay for regular maintenance. The Bridgewater Volvo guys have done the maintenance work on our C70 since 2012 and do good work. We have never been dissatisfied with anything. Staff is professional and we will continue to use them for all on our C70 since 2012 and do good work. We have never been dissatisfied with anything. I have an XC40 Recharge (Volvo). At the point of service there seems to be a lack of thorough knowledge about this new EV. Not sure who to blame, probably Volvo (who made the sale), but it was the dealer wh there seems to be a lack of thorough knowledge about this new EV. Not sure who to blame, probably Volvo (who made the sale), but it was the dealer who made the delivery. Vehicle still does not work with the Volvo on-call app - a month after delivery. Otherwise, a great vehicle and I believe service people that are almost as frustrated as myself. More
