Explorer as described on line. Pricing excellent. I purchased and drove home in my new 2017 Explorer. All employees very personable, helpful and friendly. I did not have a trade in. They tried their best to beat my financing from my credit union. Came close, but I have an awesome credit union. The finance department worked with my credit union. Hopefully the Service Department will continue the exceptional service. More

Family Friendly Car Buying I originally went to another Ford dealership in town to buy a Ford Fusion Hybrid from a friend who was a salesperson there. We left after finding out I originally went to another Ford dealership in town to buy a Ford Fusion Hybrid from a friend who was a salesperson there. We left after finding out the sales manager was holding back Ford rebates. I called Brian Davis Sales Manager at Taylor Ford of Manteno. I’ve bought cars from Brian when he was at Taylor Dodge. Brian has always treated me like family and he confirmed what I thought about the Ford Rebates. My wife and I went in and met with Josh Kelly and Brian for less than hour. We bought a Fusion Hybrid they had to get from another dealership. We took delivery 2 days later. Dealing with finance was a breeze with Kevin Emling. He too is honest and also treats you like family. We spent less than 2 hours over the 2 days at the dealership. I would highly recommend anyone buying a Ford to go see Josh at Taylor Ford of Manteno. More
