He is a former business owner, and has dealt with the sales and service with everything from John boats to high end luxury yachts. He is a two-time Customer Satisfaction Award winner (2013 and 2014) for sales and Lincoln Sr Advisor of the year (2020). When not at work Jim spends his time in St. Augustine, and likes to keep up with his 2 sons and daughter, who happens to be a Flagler Grad!

My experience at Bozard Ford Lincoln was top notch! From the financing done ahead of time, to my interactions with Andy, Jonathan, Jim and Adrian, it was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very the financing done ahead of time, to my interactions with Andy, Jonathan, Jim and Adrian, it was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Everyone was informative, easy going and just made me feel important and not like dollar signs coming through the door. I don’t think I will ever buy a car any other place else and I would recommend this dealership 100%! The team here are truly driven to inspire! More
