We had such a fantastic experience with Tara and Jack that we would buy again in a heartbeat. Such pros. Nathan would not sell us the car without more proof I could put the company I own on the title that we would buy again in a heartbeat. Such pros. So we provided documentation showing the Authorized Person who could sign for the company, but Nathan kept arguing with us saying a Registered Agent is the only person who can sign for a company. A quick google search (as well as talking to our attorney) showed he was blatantly wrong — in fact a Registered Agent has no authority to sign for a company, the Authorized Person does — but he passionately argued with us for over an hour saying a Registered Agent is the only person who can sign. Even with that bad experience, we were very impressed with everything else about the dealership. Your customer service is amazing. Thank you! More
