Machen’s service dept. is & has been part of my regular maintenance routine ....,they are professional, customer focused, and highly dependable! Machens service dept is easy to contact for scheduling and have added email/texts confirmation, expanded scheduling times w/in the last 3yrs. Free car washes available with each appt. also. Love the vehicle inspection printed report given to me at the end of each appt. Thanks Guys!! More

In a profession that can be manipulative and pushy, he put customer service first. Jake Bruner, in the business office took the time to educate me about the myriad financial options and made sure I understood them. Again, customer service was paramount. The manager, Joe Haner, was courteous and respectful of what I wanted in a car. A very positive experience. More

Jim took add'l pictures, told me a lot about the car and helped make our decision top drive and see, ultimately buying it at a GREAT price. when we got to the dealership, Jim met us, showed us the car, we took a test drive and he answered all our questions. they checked the alignment, found two tires out of balance, they fixed them and rotated the tires for us. we made the deal and were back on the road home in good time. THANKS JIM!!!! More
