I bought a used Porsche off line and had it shipped to my home. Customer service was awesome. Car arrived and it looked better than in the pictures. My only complaint is the check engine light came on after home. Customer service was awesome. Car arrived and it looked better than in the pictures. My only complaint is the check engine light came on after 12 miles of driving and was not drive able until I had it fixed.no response back from the sales rep after I reached out to see if it had been worked on prior to my purchase. After the repair and a few hundred bucks it drives runs great. More

The 2010 S4 I was planning to trade in broke down on the way to Cary and had to be towed in. This left me in an unusual situation of both not knowing the value of the trade and needing a car. From the moment we spoke with Johnnie over the phone we knew that we would become customers of Audi Cary. We had made calls to other dealerships in Virginia and were told that it would not be easy to find what we were looking for. Johnny asked what were our preferences in color, interior, etc. We knew that he would eventually find what we were looking for. And a couple of weeks later we received the phone call that he had found our car. Our trust was well placed. Completing the purchase in person was the best car buying experience we have ever had. The entire staff was friendly and welcomed us as if we were long time customers. Kim attended to our needs from the moment we walked in the door.
