From the moment we spoke with Johnnie over the phone we knew that we would become customers of Audi Cary. Johnny asked what were our preferences in color, interior, etc. We knew that he would eventually find what we were looking for. And a couple of weeks later we received the phone call that he had found our car. Our trust was well placed. Completing the purchase in person was the best car buying experience we have ever had. The entire staff was friendly and welcomed us as if we were long time customers. Kim attended to our needs from the moment we walked in the door. Stephen Barry, who helped us in the Parts Department, was friendly and knowledgable. Jim chatted with us and made the finance process painless. Johnnie is the consummate sales agent. He put our needs first and guided us through the entire buying process. He contacted us after the sale to let us know that if we had any questions about the car to please call him.
