Let me preface this by stating that I would rather walk into a dentist office than a car dealership........at least until I found Advantage. After receiving an internet price from Jim that was too good to into a dentist office than a car dealership........at least until I found Advantage. After receiving an internet price from Jim that was too good to ignore (and then a follow-up email telling me I was entitled to an additional discount) I just had to make a trip down for a test drive. When I arrived I met with Jim whom was a pleasure to speak with. As others have mentioned, he makes you feel like you are an old friend. Advantage sure picked the right guy for THAT position....Customer Relations Manager! After a brief introduction Jim turned me over to Alvi (the 2010 Advantage Salesman of the Year) and a super individual to boot. He was very cordial, easy going and made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions regarding the Cruze I was interested in. After some negotiations with Walter on my trade-in we arrived at a price I was happy with and the paperwork was signed. This has been one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had but hopefully will NOT be my last experience with Advantage. Thanks guys...you are all Aces in my book! Would you recommend this dealership: HELL YEA! I look all over for this 2011 Chevy Silver (I live in Topeka,Kansas) No other Chevy Dealer could come close to ADVANTAGE CHEVYS PRICE! Jim Galbraith picked me u over for this 2011 Chevy Silver (I live in Topeka,Kansas) No other Chevy Dealer could come close to ADVANTAGE CHEVYS PRICE! Jim Galbraith picked me up from theairport, right away I felt like I knew the guy... He is just one of those down to earth kind of guys. The whole dealership was friendly....making me feel right at home (in Kansas) I have two friend who live in Kansas and they are plaining on comin' to Advantage to get their Trucks.... Way to go Guys!
