Whenever I go to Metro Toyota, I am always pleased with the service. I have not met one person who works for Metro who did not have concern for the the customer as their number one priority. Great people to work with With my lease ending on July 1, I was very anxious about having to start a new lease in these trying times we're living in now. I wasn't sure how I wo With my lease ending on July 1, I was very anxious about having to start a new lease in these trying times we're living in now. I wasn't sure how I would get it done and get the car I wanted, but Jim Greenfield and his team made it easy for me. Jim took charge and worked out the lease agreement with me in his office while we were both 'masked'. Unfortunately, the car I wanted was not available at Metro Toyota, so Jim recruited his team to track down 'my car' and get it to Metro. It wasn't easy, especially with reduced staff at dealerships and limited inventory, but Jim and his team made it happen. I picked up my beautiful RAV4 today and I can't be more happy!
