Jim Hannaha Rocks! Car Buying Doesn't Get Any Easier I needed to lease a Honda Fit for my daughter, who is moving back from downtown to the suburbs and needs a dependable car, so checked the Valley Honda I needed to lease a Honda Fit for my daughter, who is moving back from downtown to the suburbs and needs a dependable car, so checked the Valley Honda website for lease deals and then I called Jim Hannahan, my favorite salesman, at Valley Honda. I did the entire deal over the phone. The advertised lease was for a Fit LX and I wanted a Fit EX and I had a specific monthly payment I could not exceed so I asked Jim to quote me a price difference and not to my surprise, he did so and nailed my monthly target with a small amount of monies out of pocket. He then proceeded to tell me what inventory he had and what colors were available. I picked out my Fit EX, gave him a deposit over the phone and he held the car for me for two weeks until I could come in with my daughter and pick it up. He asked me to text him my drivers license, insurance card and pointed me to a web site to do my application online. I did all of that and then I showed up yesterday with my daughter to pick up the car. We waited a short time for mud guards I requested to be installed, sat down with finance, signed the papers, with no surprises in monies due, and wallah! we got the keys, did a new car walk through and drove off. You can't buy a car any easier than that! My daughter loves her new Fit! I was impressed with Jim's attention to detail and honesty and making the sales process a piece of cake. His customer service is outstanding and I will be definitely be back again for my next Honda purchase. I was also greeted by Mohit Saini, the sales manager. He took the time to introduce himself to my daughter and congratulate her on her new car and to make sure everything was going smoothly. What a great team at Valley Honda, always a pleasant buying experience. More

From the get go, he was friendly, informative and straightforward. Even if we would have preferred another make/model (which we didn't), we probably would have leaned toward buying from Valley and working with Jim, in particular. On Jim's day off, I called the dealership and two other managers answered my questions patiently and helpfully. This meant a lot. We've had our CRV for a few days now and love it. Highly recommending Valley as this was also our very first new car purchase. We previously purchased pre-owned, low mileage cars but may be buying new and from Valley going forward. More
