Had an agreed upon price and an agreed upon financing rate and had paperwork as ready as possible when I arrived. Jim was pleasant, toured the car with us, tried to sell some accessories and rust package (which I find annoying but know he has to do this), and put us through F&I shortly after arriving. More

Followed up and got me the color and accessories of my choice at a price I wanted. I had been shopping around and had some idea about pricing, which I got after lot of haggling with other dealers. Mohit in the first shot gave me a straight honest price which was in ball park of those "Negotiated" prices. I was impressed. He is polite and straight forward, Best part is he doesn't over commit and will tell you upfront what he can do or not do. He was also helpful in 2016 when I reached out to him for advise on my lease for van and was confused whether to keep it or return it. I will recommend him Hands down any time. More
