Jim went over the car with us explaining about all the accessories it had. He took the time to teach me how to use the Bluetooth even entering contacts for me. I would definitely recommend Jim and this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a used (or new) vehicle. More

First time car buying experience I've been driving an old car for a really long time. One of the reason that I've been putting off purchasing a new car was because that I didn't want to deal with pushy car dealers. I hadn't purchased my own car before and I felt that I wasn't prepared for "intense negotiations". When the time came for me to accept the fact that I needed a new car, I decided to try Roush Honda because it was close to where I live. I did some research and already picked a couple vehicles that I wanted to test drive. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by friendly staff and I they introduced me to my dealer, Jim Hartsook. Jim showed me the vehicles that I researched for, answered all my questions, and most importantly wasn't pushy at all. Jim exhibited excellent customer service and worked with me to get a great deal on my new car. I felt really comfortable doing business with Roush Honda and would recommend to anyone to pay them a visit. More

This dealership was our favorite due to great customer service and salesmen. We returned to Roush after a horrible experience with another dealership (read Hinderer Honda review!) and bought a CRV. The salesman, Ray Moore worked with me through email for a few days and sent me new postings on CRVs as they came in. The first time we went into the dealership, Jim helped us. It was raining and he drove the CRVs he felt we would like into the garage so we could view them. This dealership answered all questions that we had and did not try to push us into buying before we were ready. I would definitely recommend this dealership and when we are ready to purchase again.....it will be from Roush! More
