We found the car we wanted and applied online to get things started - that was what set this great experience in motion. I called in right after that and found the last sales person we worked with was no longer there, which it turned out was great, because Jim Hartsook far exceeded any expectation we had without us asking for anything. Jim listens to what the customer wants and then goes to work. He is great to work with and absolutely no high pressure. Jim is great at following up with the customer to insure we know how to operate everything.
