Jim Helmig from Havertown, I been with Piazza Honda since 2004. I've been working for Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill 2004 and now Springfield since 2015. I've been selling cars for 22 years now and I'm very customer focused, I believe to have a good time with the customer knowing that car shopping is not the most pleasant experience, I'd like to be thorough with the customer about all the features of the car to make sure it's the car they're looking for. Many of my customers thank me for being so honest it makes a difference. My ideal customer is one that has done the research on the car and knows exactly what they want. Or I will listen to the customer tell me exactly what they're looking for.So I can match them up to the car that fits their needs. In my time off I like watching sports Eagles, Flyers,and Philles.

I have gotten my last 4 leases at this dealership and they have always been accommodating and willing to work to get you the deal you're looking for. Piazza and Jim provided excellent product knowledge and exemplary customer service. Unfortunately due to supply chain issues I had to purchase from another more distant dealership. I visited many area Hond exemplary customer service. Unfortunately due to supply chain issues I had to purchase from another more distant dealership. I visited many area Honda dealers who had much higher prices for the same model and they did not come close to the customer focus and fair pricing that Piazza provided. I look forward to using Piazza for service and would highly recommend purchasing from them for available vehicles or if you can wait for them to order for you. More
