Jim Helmig from Havertown, I been with Piazza Honda since 2004. I've been working for Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill 2004 and now Springfield since 2015. I've been selling cars for 22 years now and I'm very customer focused, I believe to have a good time with the customer knowing that car shopping is not the most pleasant experience, I'd like to be thorough with the customer about all the features of the car to make sure it's the car they're looking for. Many of my customers thank me for being so honest it makes a difference. My ideal customer is one that has done the research on the car and knows exactly what they want. Or I will listen to the customer tell me exactly what they're looking for.So I can match them up to the car that fits their needs. In my time off I like watching sports Eagles, Flyers,and Philles.

Very awesome service! I’m a recent college graduate and the thought of getting a new car could be quite overwhelming. However, we were very pleased to have people in this dealership, especially our agent, the thought of getting a new car could be quite overwhelming. However, we were very pleased to have people in this dealership, especially our agent, who helped us tremendously with the process. Everyone was very welcoming and the experience was quite exciting and meaningful. Jim is a rockstar! Alex is super great, too.
