My experience at the Piazza Honda of Springfield was excellent. The sales person was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and not pushy in the way you expect car salespeople to be in general. I excellent. The sales person was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and not pushy in the way you expect car salespeople to be in general. I test drove the vehicle by myself and I was able to negotiate with my associate pretty easily as well as got some excellent perks along the way since I intend to keep my vehicle for its entire life. Beyond Jim being a good sales person i was also pleasantly surprised when I found that my finance manager was actually the sales person at a different piazza back in 2011 when i bought my first car and he was still exceptionally happy at the company and loved being there. It was great to see a good business with good people who stand behind what they do. I am very happy with the experience and wish more dealerships would take note. More
