Jim Helmig from Havertown, I been with Piazza Honda since 2004. I've been working for Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill 2004 and now Springfield since 2015. I've been selling cars for 22 years now and I'm very customer focused, I believe to have a good time with the customer knowing that car shopping is not the most pleasant experience, I'd like to be thorough with the customer about all the features of the car to make sure it's the car they're looking for. Many of my customers thank me for being so honest it makes a difference. My ideal customer is one that has done the research on the car and knows exactly what they want. Or I will listen to the customer tell me exactly what they're looking for.So I can match them up to the car that fits their needs. In my time off I like watching sports Eagles, Flyers,and Philles.

My experience at the Piazza Honda of Springfield was excellent. The sales person was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and not pushy in the way you expect car salespeople to be in general. I test drove the vehicle by myself and I was able to negotiate with my associate pretty easily as well as got some excellent perks along the way since I intend to keep my vehicle for its entire life. Beyond Jim being a good sales person i was also pleasantly surprised when I found that my finance manager was actually the sales person at a different piazza back in 2011 when i bought my first car and he was still exceptionally happy at the company and loved being there. It was great to see a good business with good people who stand behind what they do. I am very happy with the experience and wish more dealerships would take note. More
