Jim Helmig from Havertown, I been with Piazza Honda since 2004. I've been working for Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill 2004 and now Springfield since 2015. I've been selling cars for 22 years now and I'm very customer focused, I believe to have a good time with the customer knowing that car shopping is not the most pleasant experience, I'd like to be thorough with the customer about all the features of the car to make sure it's the car they're looking for. Many of my customers thank me for being so honest it makes a difference. My ideal customer is one that has done the research on the car and knows exactly what they want. Or I will listen to the customer tell me exactly what they're looking for.So I can match them up to the car that fits their needs. In my time off I like watching sports Eagles, Flyers,and Philles.

The salesman(Jim Helmig) lied to me about if I would owe anything for turning in my lease late. I asked him multiple times if I would owe anything and each time he said I would owe nothing because we were w anything for turning in my lease late. I hate these surveys. I hate these surveys, Every purchase I make, large or small, automatically generates a request that I waste my time evaluating the seller or a person I hate these surveys, Every purchase I make, large or small, automatically generates a request that I waste my time evaluating the seller or a person I dealt with. Evaluating employees is your job, not mine. I suspect too many of the responses may be rants against an employee who was doing his best but couldn't meet the responder's unreasonable requests. I wouldn't be responding were I not afraid no response would be a 'ding' against Jim, who is a good guy. More
