On the other hand, the finance person Alex was not happy with our decision regarding the extended warranty and insulted my wife and I saying "I know it's not because you can't afford it, you probably throw that kind of money out in a gum wrapper everyday." Did not help his case. Also, the process took way to long. I had already picked out the car earlier in the day, but when we came back to do the paperwork at a prescheduled, it still look over 3 hours. More

Exhausting but largely pleasant experience After doing my internet search and making an appointment,I was met at the door within three minutes. He had the vehicle ready that I wanted to drive. After doing my internet search and making an appointment,I was met at the door within three minutes. He had the vehicle ready that I wanted to drive. No waiting around for them to find the car like at some other dealerships. Test drive was ok, but would have preferred an opportunity to test drive on the highway like you can do at Scott Honda. Jim was able to answer all my questions and demonstrate all the features of the car and tell me about some I did't know. I really appreciate working with him. They need to speed up the process from agreeing to terms and getting in the finance manager's office to complete the paperwork. The persons preparing the car did not clean the inside of the car well More
