Jim Helmig from Havertown, I been with Piazza Honda since 2004. I've been working for Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill 2004 and now Springfield since 2015. I've been selling cars for 22 years now and I'm very customer focused, I believe to have a good time with the customer knowing that car shopping is not the most pleasant experience, I'd like to be thorough with the customer about all the features of the car to make sure it's the car they're looking for. Many of my customers thank me for being so honest it makes a difference. My ideal customer is one that has done the research on the car and knows exactly what they want. Or I will listen to the customer tell me exactly what they're looking for.So I can match them up to the car that fits their needs. In my time off I like watching sports Eagles, Flyers,and Philles.

Overall good I was able to get the car I wanted, but the process took very long and there were hidden fees which wasn't clear or explained to me. I also did not appreciate the fact the one of the finance managers was being extremely condescending, and speak down to me as if I were a child. The only person who made my experience great was Jim Helmig. I would highly advise you pursue hiring more people like Jim. More

As I was leaving the lot the GM flagged me down and pointed to an HR-V in Obsidian Blue , I stopped in front of of him and said, this is your car. I told him I would be by later and did. I placed a down payment to hold, because I was on my way to attend a sick relative that week. The following week I had my dream car. Everyone was so helpful, and happy for me. I called the dealership and talk to a sales rep told him exactly what I wanted in a car or what I didn't want in a car and that I needed it yesterday. Two days later I went to the dealership to see and test drive the different model cars that he thought I would be interested in. I was politely greeted and we discussed some of the different models and he decided to get one for me. When he pulled the car up it was exactly the right size I wanted and we got in he showed me all the different controls and options and how to work everything and we took it for a test drive. I felt Comfort comfortable in the car and like I was getting into an old friend I decided at that point in time I wanted to buy that car and they got all the paperwork together for me to complete the sale More
