Service is always accommodating especially when it comes to a loaner. Customer service is commendable as well. I like the updated touch to the waiting room area. Ganley Nissan on Mayfield is one of the most wonderful dealerships that I have ever work with I remember when Ganley Nissan was on Chagrin in Shaker Heights and then they moved out there on Mayfield I've dealerships that I have ever work with I remember when Ganley Nissan was on Chagrin in Shaker Heights and then they moved out there on Mayfield I've always had the same salesman mr. Jim Humphrey he's great he's always works with me and my husband anything that we needed he was always there I could always depend on him any questions I had to ask. everything was great the finance staff is great. the service department is excellent I have bought more than 10 cars from Ganley and I love Ganley Nissan.
