Best car experience that I could have wished for!! I had been dealing with another dealership in the city where I live and was so frustrated at the games and schemes they were playing, so I decided to I had been dealing with another dealership in the city where I live and was so frustrated at the games and schemes they were playing, so I decided to give Midlands VW a call. They put me through to Jim Hutson on the phone, and I'm so glad they did because he was wonderful! I told him exactly what I wanted (New Jetta SE) and what I could afford and Jim and Joel made it happen for me. They were SO easy, and nice to work with. I drove over an hour to deal with this dealership opposed to the one that was 2 miles from my house. I will even drive the distance to get it serviced there if I can. This is the first time I have actually purchased a car on my own and they could not have made the process any easier. Evan was really helpful when it came to financing and explained many of the several questions that I had. He seemed like he really had my best interest in mind and not just trying to get my money like other dealerships I had dealt with. After I had happily signed all of my paperwork with Evan, Jim explained every last detail about the car itself and what to expect. He is so detail oriented, and I really appreciated it! I didn't want to drive home a brand new car that I had no idea how to use. Jim went above and beyond and was just a genuinely great person to work with. I am in LOVE with my new VW Jetta! Thank you so so so much to Jim, Joel, and Evan for being a pleasure to work with and allowing me to take home my dream car! More

Awesome, Amazing, Quality, with Excellence Experience The whole Volkswagen team did an awesome job of making my husband and I feel welcome there and to place us in a new 2015 Jetta Sport. Markus Sumter wa The whole Volkswagen team did an awesome job of making my husband and I feel welcome there and to place us in a new 2015 Jetta Sport. Markus Sumter was our main sales associate and he was awesome!! Markus and the whole team including managers were very laid back. There was one manager who I didn't even know he was a manager until he formally introduced himself because he was so laid back, joking, and laughing with us up until the point where he introduced himself. The finance manager was awesome. I love the feel of young vibrant associates mixed with well seasoned veterans. It made the atmosphere GREAT!! I would make recommend this dealership to any and everyone. More

The willingness to work with us was amazing. We went in on a Wednesday afternoon with plans to look at two cars--1 new and 1 used. After arriving and finding out the car my husband had his heart We went in on a Wednesday afternoon with plans to look at two cars--1 new and 1 used. After arriving and finding out the car my husband had his heart set on had been sold, Jim worked with us. He was genuine and understood when we said we didn't think we would be getting anything---it was either 2 or nothing for us. Well, Jim and Joel went above and beyond to help us. They had another used car on the lot, three years newer, and more expensive. They did not push us at all towards the car, just let us know they were willing to help. We had our two trades valued, and decided to go ahead with the purchases of a used sportwagon and a new passat. The entire team went out of their way to accommodate our tight schedule, and even went in early the next morning to complete everything based on our availability. Evan was great and was one of the few finance people I have encountered that really listened to our wishes and did not push anything on us. He provided us with detailed information, but did not go overboard. He made certain that we understood everything in our paperwork as well as all the additional options available that we were interested in. Craig was very helpful with the transition between the old cars and the two new cars. He prepared both vehicles, tags, helped with fuel, moving things between cars, and introduced us to the service manager. He played a big role in helping us stay on track time wise. I was very impressed that Geneva knew exactly who we were, why we were there, and what was going on with our vehicles the second morning, even though we dealt with Jim the previous day. Overall, our experience was excellent. These two VW's are the 9th and 10th VW's my husband and I have owned. We will return in the future if we decide we want another, and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

They helped me pick out my next car and were great throughout the whole process. They even stayed late after hours since I got there a littler later in the day. I would definitely recommend them to anybody in the market for a new car. They were easy to deal with and made the process as easy as possible for me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
