Wanted to trade in my wife's car for something newer and lower our car payment. This is usually not a good way to motivate a salesman. Justin McGarry was a great help on the lot showing me different cars. He is very knowledgeable about the options Ford has to offer. This was truly a team effort to make sure I got what I wanted. Having worked in retail for 18 years, I fully understand the importance of outstanding customer service, and the people at Dahl Ford definitely have that. Basically for that reason is why I purchased our s the importance of outstanding customer service, and the people at Dahl Ford definitely have that. Basically for that reason is why I purchased our second vehicle from Dahl (1st was '08 Ford Edge) is for the way Dan, Jim and Justin handled our needs and wants. Dan in service was outstanding and was very helpful and understanding while I had to decide whether to spend money to fix my Escape or go ahead and purchase a new(used '12 Fusion) vehicle, he exemplified the total customer service experience and directed me to Mr. Isaacson who was very calm and collective in multi-tasking with his other customers. On the day we went to meet Jim, he was busy with another customer so he directed us to Justin who made it a smooth transition and was also very pleasurable to work with. When Jim had a free moment, he would always check in with my wife and I to see how things were going. Both Jim and Justin were great to work with and I would highly recommend them (or anyone of the team members) if looking to purchase a vehicle, they are all very friendly. I would only ask one thing... Dahl Ford to continue their focus on Outstanding Customer Service, it is very rare to get that kind of service anywhere.
