Jim "Ike" Isaacson is a great guy who makes sure that he gives you accurate information, he's honest and does not give you the run around like many other salesman I've dealt with over the years. Dahl's practice of giving you 120% of Kelley Blue Book is a great idea, I knew what my truck was worth before I entered the store and their figures were an exact match. Our negotiating a final out the door price was very relaxed and comfortable and I did not feel that I was being squeezed for every last penney. I believe that I got a good deal and an excellent vehicle. My past experience with the Service Department has been outstanding, great people and good service. They have been a family dealership for over fifty years and they seem to maintain a different attitude than I've experienced at other dealerships. Maybe that is why so many of their people have worked there for twenty years and longer and still have good things to say about their supervisors and the Dahl family. More
