Jim went above and beyond to first find out what I was looking for and what I would be using it for. Once we had selected a vehicle type and were about to take a test drive, he took me through the lot ju looking for and what I would be using it for. Once we had selected a vehicle type and were about to take a test drive, he took me through the lot just to see if there was another Edge on the lot that we had not seen. He knew I was not thrilled about the color of the one we were test driving, so he took the extra time to look. AND, he found the one I ended up buying. He gave me great examples of people he works with who drive the same type of vehicle and was professional the entire time. He also referred me to a great insurance guy. He was straight forward about everything. I enjoyed working with Jim! I am in sales myself so I am very very critical of how I am treated by other sales folks, and I had 0 problems with Jim. I then met with Mike Ohms, who was a great guy as well. He told it all to me straight on a financing and a warranty. I really have no reason why I will not buy my next vehicle from Jim. More

I bougth my very first brand new SUV. Jim was more than patient with me as we walked around from suv to suv. We deciced on a Brand New 2012 Escape FORD. I could not be more happier with my purchance. My wife and I went to Dahl Ford looking to buy a new car on April 5th. I had called ahead to let the dealership know that we were coming, and what we were looking for. He showed us several of the models that we were interested in, and was an absolute professional from beginning to end. The whole experience was great. I would absolutely recommend Dahl Ford to anyone who is considering the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Our new Ford Focus is everything we wanted, and we will definately be returning to Dahl Ford in ther future. More
