Shout out to Shawn he listened to us from the start as I explained my situtation (credit issues) and what I could and couldn't do. Back and forth to the desk but never was I pressured or talked down to. Instead of pressuring and pushing,Somehow the financial team worked it out for me. Jim worked with us on all the financial answering every question and never pressured us. I think I was more amazed that there is a dealership out there that does go above and out of their to be considerate to a customer. Anyway I left there in a brand new2019 Toyota Corolla. Something I thought would take another 3 to be able to do. I am not an easy person to impress. But. SHAWN, JIM. and JOE (TECH) THANK YOU. I work in a company that employs 800 plus in the building.
