There is a reason I keep coming back! This was my third Rav 4 purchase at Del. After a recent accident that totaled my 5 year old Rav, we decided to just "take a look". Nick Albattista imm This was my third Rav 4 purchase at Del. After a recent accident that totaled my 5 year old Rav, we decided to just "take a look". Nick Albattista immediately greeted us, quickly determined what I wanted and had me test drive a new Rav. When I wasn't happy with the interior color and not wild about the new red color, he walked us through the lot to show me alternative combinations. He explained all the new features, which have changed tremendously in 5 years. I fell in love with another color and we quickly test drove it. I was hooked. We talked numbers and we were given privacy to discuss what we wanted. The manager gave us great prices and we decided that while other places could give us similar deals, our past history with Del service and salespeople was a huge incentive to stay local. Jim Lopez, Brit, Angel (who explained some really cool new features!) And Eddie Torres (who made paperwork, relatively painless) all assisted us flawlessly and gave us the same consistent, polite, and respectful service we have come to expect at Del. PS....I LOVE this car! More
