A very pleasant experience I was very nervous about buying a car because I have had my previous car for 12 years. I got online and contacted Lee and within a few minutes I was c I was very nervous about buying a car because I have had my previous car for 12 years. I got online and contacted Lee and within a few minutes I was contacted. After I filled out the online application, Jim Lyons called me and said he had found someone to approve me. I went in the next afternoon with my husband and when he suggested we try our bank first, Jim was very helpful and reminded us of things to talk to them about (GAP insurance, etc.). I got approved through my bank, brought the check back to Jim, and got to take my new car home. Everyone was so accommodating and even though I wasn't coming back until the following day to buy the car, they offered for me to take it home for the night and drive it to work and back. They knew and I knew I was going to purchase it and it was so much less of a painful process than I originally thought it would be. Again it had been 12 years since I so much as walked into a dealership. Jim was excellent to deal with and he was so helpful and answered all of my questions and was very patient with us. He has a great sense of humor and he listened to my husbands boat stories and every other story he had while we waited for paperwork and he is just a very nice gentleman. I am in love with my new car and so thankful to Jim and Lee's for making it a very pain free experience! More

2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Jim has deal with me and my family for years now and every time it has been wonderful. This is the second car that he has sold me.
