This is our second car from lees. Yet again we are very impressed! My husband and I both work hectic schedules 40+ hours a week. Our only day off being Sunday. Which made it so much easier because we also have a very active 10 month old daughter. I would highly recommend Jim Lyons to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. The pickup that I bought today, 5/12/11 is my fourth vehicle purchased through this dealership. I have always been treated with courtesy. Jim & Lance did everything they could to make sure my experience vehicle purchased through this dealership. I have always been treated with courtesy. Jim & Lance did everything they could to make sure my experience with Lees was pleasant and that I was able to get the pickup that I wanted. When they didn't have anything on the lot that I did want, Jim knew what I wanted in a truck, year, color, make, model, ect... As soon as one came in he called me to let me know. I now have a very nice reliable 2003 Chevy extra cab that I adsoultley love. I am very happy with my purchase & with the service that I have gotten at Lees. I know for sure that I wouldn't have this truck without Jim & Lance. I know for a fact that in a few years when I'm ready to trade, I will be right back at Lees with both Jim & Lance. I have worked with Jim on previous occasions at a different dealership and I was concerned that my experience may not be as good with Lee. BOY WAS I WRONG! Jim went above and beyond getting me into a different dealership and I was concerned that my experience may not be as good with Lee. BOY WAS I WRONG! Jim went above and beyond getting me into a vehicle that has everything I asked for. He spent several days finding me the right vehicle and I ended up with a great truck with low mileage and for the amount of money that met my budget. I was always greeted with a smile by everyone at Lee in Ellsworth and felt good about my experience. That doesn't always happen when buying a vehicle and I am now a Lee Auto fan for life.
