We found ourselves in need of a good used vehicle. While searching the web I came upon your website, searched through the inventory and decided to apply for financing. We had a chat over what we were looking for, the price range etc. Jim came back with a listing of vehicles that fit the parameters and took us for a tour. We found a very nice 2010 Honda, took it for a ride and were quite pleased with it. Back inside Jim went through all the rest of the process, presented us a great deal which we accepted. We happily took the car home. Since we didn't have our trade in with us or any of the papers or mileage needed, Jim stopped by our home to get it. We brought the trade in to the dealership the next morning, finished the paperwork and were very satisfied new owners of a 2010 Honda Civic. All of the employees were very pleasant, cheerful and seemed more than ready to make our experience a great one. I totalled my truck when I hit a deer and received no money from the insurance due to a high deducitble. I filled out the on-line application and received a call the very next day informing me that they thought they could work with me. I talked to Jim Lyons on the phone and set up an appointment for the following morning. I arrived at the dealership at 8 o'clock and by 11 o'clock I was walking out the door the owner of a Dodge Durango. This was not the piece of junk that a lot of other "bad credit dealerships" would try to sell you. It was in fantastic shape. Jim worked with the finance company to get me into it even under my circumstances, which I'm sure was not an easy thing to do. He was up-front with me about the whole process. He was very clear about the positives and the negatives concerning my particular situation and also clear about what I could do for myself to help. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who has had financial difficulties in the past. When I'm ready for another vehicle some day, this is where I will go. More
