We apologize for your experience and appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and have forwarded your review to proper management for further information. You authorized replacement of the brake rotors and then refused to pay for them. We had to reinstall your old brake rotors for that reason. The rotors were recommended along with the new brake pads due to corrosion. The old rotors measured above minimum thickness. We’re glad to hear the foul odor has gotten better. Perhaps the disinfecting process we used had some residual effect after the car sat for 4 weeks. We’d be interested in seeing any picture of the old air filter. We had no reason to remove the air filter, nor are we aware of a way it could be installed backwards due to its design.
