1. Still trying to wrap my mind around over $1300 in labor costs for no more than 3-4 hours of work. It’s a shame that labor costs are not actual hours worked but a “calculated” number by the dealership labor costs for no more than 3-4 hours of work. It’s a shame that labor costs are not actual hours worked but a “calculated” number by the dealership. 2. Issue with customer service, no one knew where my car was at the time of pick up. I waited five minutes standing next to two service guys having a conversation with a cute blonde about her day. Finally one guy ran out of the office to ask what I wanted. 3. To add insult, I found my car on my own but realized it had water spots everywhere, so I had to take it directly to the car wash. I brought the car in just for rear brake pad check. Can’t tell if the quality of work is good because it was mostly verification of systems, other than installing a new battery and brake pads. No engine work, no mechanical issues, but $2100 later. I’m done. Going across the street tomorrow . More
