I would give you guys 0 stars if I could. Techs take a week to figure out what is wrong then you set up an appointment to fix it and guess what they magically find more stuff because all they do is work o week to figure out what is wrong then you set up an appointment to fix it and guess what they magically find more stuff because all they do is work off of commission will never take my car there again I will let it blow up before they touch it More

I received excellent service at BMW Toledo. Brought my z4 in for some animal damage and routine maintenence and it was ready (and washed) way faster than I thought.
