I'm a huge fan of the underdog, whether it be the Cleveland sports teams, the runt of the litter, the disadvantaged or just the everyday average human being struggling to find some happiness in life. I try to smile often because I know a smile is contagious and I'm always trying to bring a little happiness to anyone who crosses my path. Nothing excites me more than helping someone to achieve a goal or a dream and it's especially exhilarating when you help a less fortunate person to purchase a car.

My wife and I returned to lease our new Seltos with Jim McConnville because of the professional and (this is hard to find) friendly experience that Jim provides. I hemmed and hawed for the last two year McConnville because of the professional and (this is hard to find) friendly experience that Jim provides. I hemmed and hawed for the last two years about whether to buy or lease a new vehicle. Medical problems prevented me from making this decision. Jim was very patient with my situation and checked in on me from time. Consequently, this resulted in a sale (I could have gotten a better deal at Ganley) for Halleen.
