I'm a huge fan of the underdog, whether it be the Cleveland sports teams, the runt of the litter, the disadvantaged or just the everyday average human being struggling to find some happiness in life. I try to smile often because I know a smile is contagious and I'm always trying to bring a little happiness to anyone who crosses my path. Nothing excites me more than helping someone to achieve a goal or a dream and it's especially exhilarating when you help a less fortunate person to purchase a car.

This is the 3rd car our family has purchased from Halleen Kia. Jim is an excellent salesperson. He made us feel comfortable and the whole experience was relaxed and laid back. I have referred many of my cred Kia. Jim is an excellent salesperson. He made us feel comfortable and the whole experience was relaxed and laid back. I have referred many of my credit union customers to him and he was able to help them all out. As a loan officer, I knew what to expect on the "other side" of the finance desk. Josh made it very easy and fast. Every employee said hello as they passed us on the sales floor. All around great experience. More
