I'm a huge fan of the underdog, whether it be the Cleveland sports teams, the runt of the litter, the disadvantaged or just the everyday average human being struggling to find some happiness in life. I try to smile often because I know a smile is contagious and I'm always trying to bring a little happiness to anyone who crosses my path. Nothing excites me more than helping someone to achieve a goal or a dream and it's especially exhilarating when you help a less fortunate person to purchase a car.

I was treated fairly and felt very welcome at this dealership. Jim made sure to get me a fair deal considering my credit, and worked to qualify me with 0% financing on my first car! Mark Ferguson guided me to an additional warranty(GAP insurance) that helped me feel even more comfortable with this purchase. Above and Beyond I have an appt with Kia and I am not expecting to get the vehicle we are looking for. Excellent service I live in northern Michigan, about 5.5 hours from this location and they got in stock a rare GMC truck that is hard to find. I emailed them as soon as I live in northern Michigan, about 5.5 hours from this location and they got in stock a rare GMC truck that is hard to find. I emailed them as soon as I was made aware of this thru cars.com to verify the availability. Of course it was there so we negotiated the sale via email and the next day I made the drive down. The staff was excellent and friendly and had everything ready when I got there. More
