We We have purchased a few different used vehicles over the years. This car and the experience with the Sales associate Jim was absolutely fantastic. We were concerned with our finances and whether our credit was good enough. He was very helpful with all the information we needed to bring and helpful with easing our minds of something working out for us. All of the other dealers have had pushy sales and are never very honest about the vehicle we purchased. Jim was not any of those things. He also went over the vehicle with us to make sure we knew how to use all the features and answerwd any quearions we had. The finance manager David was also very helpful and explained every detail we needed to know. In my experience, sometimes these type of people are not very friendly. Dave was the opposite and made us feel very comfortable with our decision. I would gladly recommend anyone looking for a car to go see you first. Sincerely, Michael Scott More

When I got there Jim McConville met me at the door, and asked how he could help me I told him I was thinking about getting a new Forte We went to his desk and he asked what color I wanted and what I wanted in the car,,He than went to the new lot and brought back a Forte for me to htake out for a test drive I liked the car so we went back in and he wrote up the deal While I was waiting he was very nice and offered to help me clean out my old car,,While I was talking to the manager about paying for my car, Jim had the Forte cleaned and had the take filled He was nothing but nice to me and very helpful Even after I brought my car Jim has called to see how I like my car and if there is anything he could do to help if needed. My next car I will go back to Halleen Kia and ask for Jim More
