Great Experience, One of the easiest car purchases ever! Went looking for a used SUV to replace our 8 year old vehicle, and visited several dealerships in the area. We had done some internet research, and f Went looking for a used SUV to replace our 8 year old vehicle, and visited several dealerships in the area. We had done some internet research, and found different vehicles to look at. We looked at a few of the Sorrento's on the lot of Halleen Kia and test drove one in particular. One of our requirements was a low mileage vehicle, and the Sorrento that we test drove was a 2014 model with only 5200 miles on it. It looked like a brand new vehicle! Our salesman Jim McConville, couldn't have been nicer! He was very knowledgeable and was there to answer any questions, but was not bothersome, or high pressure. After the test drive, we decided that we wanted to purchase the vehicle. Even though the dealership was about to close, Jim remained to help us navigate the deal. All of the negotiations were pleasant, and things worked out well, and we picked up our new vehicle! Jim is a 20 year employee with Halleen, and I would HIGHLY recommend them both! We will come back in the future for our next purchase! More
