I work for a Non Profit Organization and I had contacted Jeff Brunini their Internet Manager in regards to a Passenger Van that my company had been looking for. My company had a really tight budget to work with and Jeff had told me that they would go out and find me the vehicle that I needed in my price range. No other dealer would bother dealing with me when I told them that what I was looking for and my budget. They all played "old school" sales games and tried to get me into a vehicle that I could not afford. When I came in to meet with Jeff, he took me out on a test drive and went over all of the features and options on the vehicle. When we came back in, the Owner Jim McGovern sat down with us and said hello. I have never been into a car dealership where the Owner came over and said hello and wanted to make sure that my experience was the best it could have been. Needless to say, I got a great deal but even better service. I recommend Ford of Londonderry to anyone that is out there looking for a vehicle. This dealership proved to me that they are there to help the customer and will go above any beyond to make the customer satisfied. Make sure you go in and ask for Jeff Brunini.
