My wife and I went there to buy a used Navigator and were treated with the utmost respect. The salesman and owner/manager worked very hard to make this purchase as mutually profitable as possible for all par treated with the utmost respect. i've been buying trucks from fol for a few years now and never had a bad experience. they take time to listen to my needs and help find the right trucks for each application. if they dont have what i need never had a bad experience. they take time to listen to my needs and help find the right trucks for each application. if they dont have what i need they are happy to find it for me.very easy buying. no pressure thats what keeps me coming back each year also the service dept is fast and friendly i am usually in a hurry when i am dropping off and i just hand them the keys and joe takes care of everything i would def recommend buying a new car hear More

This is my second vehicle from Ford of Londonderry and when my lease is up next year, I won't hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership. I am treated like a person and not a number every time I when my lease is up next year, I won't hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership. I am treated like a person and not a number every time I step through the door. I can't say enough about the service i receive. I have sent several friends to purchase vehicles from them and not one has ever said a bad word about them. Buying a vehicle isn't always the most pleasant experience, but I can truly say this dealership is extremely fair and honest. The service department is overly accomadating and each time i have had my vehicle serviced, i was able to get an appointment immediately. Overall, just a great experience. More

I would use Ford of Londonderry for my future Ford purchases. They have been very helpful, courteous and have always offered me the best price for the vehicle even when I have done comparison shoppi purchases. I have been to many dealerships over the years and Ford of Londonderry provided by far the best overall buying experience by far. From the time I walked in and the initial contact with a very pleasant sale of Londonderry provided by far the best overall buying experience by far. From the time I walked in and the initial contact with a very pleasant salesperson, I felt very comfortable that I wasn't being "sold" a vehicle, more so trying to get the right fit, which ended up being a new Ford Edge which my wife loves. I can be skeptical when it comes to any business dealings, but I felt comfortable and at home at Ford of Londonderry. From the initial test drive, and believe me we drove a few, to finally deciding on one, the experience with the rest of the folks down the line was seamless. Getting a nice handshake and meeting with the General Manager of the dealership after the deal was done, doesn't happen everywhere. After a short time with the car, my wife had a self inflicted run in with concrete girder in a parking lot at 5mph, but there was damage to the door and fender and it was only a couple of months old. So I called the dealership and before I knew it she had a car to drive while their auto body shop went to work. In short order the car was complete and you would never know it had any cosmetic damage, looked as nice as when we first got it. So across the board, I can't help but recommend the dealership to friends, knowing they will be fully satisfied. Thanks again to everyone at Ford of Londonderry. Joe LoPilato More

I have purchased four cars from this dealership and the customer service is consistently outstanding. I have always been greeted by multiple people on the sales team in a friendly manner, like seeing neig customer service is consistently outstanding. I have worked with the same sales person and they make me feel like a valued customer each and every time I come to the dealership. I feel very comfortable following up with questions (usually something to do with the high-tech systems in my vehicles) and always receive a patient and thorough answer. I think the service department is also great, very accomodating and friendly. I get my oil changed, tires rotated and the occassional repair, all with great satisfaction. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle! More

Fantastic salespeople that were very upbeat and willing to find prices that met my budget. Absolutely no pressure to buy a car. I work for a Non Profit Organization and I had contacted Jeff Brunini their Internet Manager in regards to a Passenger Van that my company had been looking for. My company had a really tight budget to work with and Jeff had told me that they would go out and find me the vehicle that I needed in my price range. No other dealer would bother dealing with me when I told them that what I was looking for and my budget. They all played "old school" sales games and tried to get me into a vehicle that I could not afford. When I came in to meet with Jeff, he took me out on a test drive and went over all of the features and options on the vehicle. When we came back in, the Owner Jim McGovern sat down with us and said hello. I have never been into a car dealership where the Owner came over and said hello and wanted to make sure that my experience was the best it could have been. Needless to say, I got a great deal but even better service. I recommend Ford of Londonderry to anyone that is out there looking for a vehicle. This dealership proved to me that they are there to help the customer and will go above any beyond to make the customer satisfied. Make sure you go in and ask for Jeff Brunini. He sure is one of a kind. More
