Buying A 2017 Siren Red Suburban We came to Belzer to buy a 2017 Siren Red Suburban. We asked to see Jim McMahon first as we know of him from buying other cars at Belzer. Jim is alwa We came to Belzer to buy a 2017 Siren Red Suburban. We asked to see Jim McMahon first as we know of him from buying other cars at Belzer. Jim is always such a pleasant person. He referred us to Paul Johnson - That was a First Class decision. Paul listened to our list of needs and wants. He took immediate action to locate the Red Suburban. Paul called and kept us up to date on when the truck would arrive. He called again and said the truck is in and when he was available to work with us. Paul listened again to our financial needs and it was determined we should lease the truck this time and not buy it as we have done in the past. All numbers were crunched, and Paul made sure we were taken care of by Jim McMahon and that the truck was washed and vacuumed. Paul never left us hanging around. Paul was also at the truck to wish us well, thank us and say good by. He did an OUTSTANDING JOB, We shall return for my new car in the Summer of 2018!!!! More

Mike Abri was absolutely phenomenal and so easy to work with, but Jim l I would think twice before ever purchasing a vehicle with Jeff Belzer's again. Mike Abri was absolutely phenomenal and so easy to work with, but Jim left little to be desired. In fact, due to Jim, he is the reason I would never choose to work with this dealership in the future nor would I ever suggest someone to go and look at a vehicle there or even think of doing financing with the department Jim is in. When a customer comes in with a pre-approval from their financial institution AND it's the financial institution your customer WORKS at, yet the dealership still isn't willing to accept a personal check for payment, is beyond me. Not only would they not take a personal check due to an implied lack of trust, they also made the fact that we had to come back even more difficult. We went to your dealership with a particular vehicle in mind because we didn't have a vehicle and were in need of one. We find "the one" and you won't let us take it off the lot without a bank certified cashier's check, but instead you'll offer us to take a LOANER vehicle overnight - how does that make any sense whatsoever? Jim didn't take the time to listen either when he sought out the loaner option because he came back after "seeing what he could do to make this as seamless as possible" and didn't listen to the conversation about when the sale would have to be done in the event we had to come back. We come back today with the cashier's check after having to take 4 hours unpaid for both of us from work to get the vehicle and an extra 90 miles to coordinate pick-up for your paying customer because you wouldn't let us take the purchased vehicle yesterday when we wanted to. You then make us sign a document implying that the check for payment isn't fraudulent or NSF. Why the xxxx didn't you do this with the personal check when we gave you the employee's information that you could verify with AND you've done business with this financial institution before? You know the dealership was in the wrong and trying to make it up to us when Mike finds us today with the cashier's check and he does damage control with us and even says, "I'm so sorry about what happened yesterday. I wouldn't have assumed that they would have denied the personal check being that you work there, had proof of documentation, and that had I known about it myself, I would've written a PERSONAL check myself from my own checking account so that you could've left with the vehicle last night." Now THAT is customer service and starting with trust with your customer. In a business where you want to make a sale, I still wonder why we decided to go with your dealership after our experience with Jim. Not every person out there is trying to take advantage of the system or pull a fast one on you. Start with trust, listen to your customers and what their particular situation is, and know that it's okay to operate outside of the "black and white policy" you think you have - I still believe this to be a personal bias based on the document we were required to sign with the cashier's check today.... To compare a car sale to that of a home purchase is asinine when we're talking a used vehicle less than $10K. More

Worst car buying experience ever We came here to buy a truck first they couldn't find the truck they advertised online in the lot. So we scheduled an appointment the next day to view We came here to buy a truck first they couldn't find the truck they advertised online in the lot. So we scheduled an appointment the next day to view the truck. We decided to buy the truck. We had to leave for child's event and signed pre sale paperwork to guarantee price and warranty. We made an appointment to come back in 2 hours to complete all paperwork. When we came back they stayed they could not honor the warranty they advertised online and that we signed and could offer us only a lesser warranty! We decided that we liked the truck even though they did a bait and switch with the warranty. We were not financing through them so should have been a quick easy process plus they stated they would have paperwork ready to be signed. We waited 2 hours! I would never do business with this dealership More
