She was overall very knowledgeable though and willing to let us test drive as many trucks as we needed until we found "our truck". Like I said - no rush.. no pressure .. she just genuinely wanted to help us find exactly what we wanted. And we did. Highly recommend her. The process with the paperwork and financing went smoothly as well. We have always dreaded the process of buying a new car/truck because it is generally so exhausting & stressful. This wasn't at all. Our daughter and son in law had recently purchased an Explorer from Jim and highly recommended him. They were so right, Jim was friendly, knowledgeable and used no high pressure tactics. He simply explained the details of the vehicle and left the decision to us. once we had made our decision he made the rest of the transaction smooth and trouble free. Branden Milby worked with us on the financing and completing the final paperwork. Branden also demonstrated no pressure and quickly and efficiently completed the process.
